A loving kind of suicide. Spilling all the secrets, shadows, desires and truths within myself through my voice in hope to release myself from the identity that frames me.
During 8 minutes I develop a sound art performance that encompasses the slow unravel of an 8 meter long black cloth wrapped around my naked body tied up with a custom-built an armor of speakers. During the whole piece, the speakers emit a collage of intimate recordings of sounds: a poem of sighs, laughter, sweat, tiredness, crying, pleasure, pain and whispered secrets. The piece escalates to reveal all of these sounds that progress into an unintelligible plethora of sound and white noise. In parallel, I proceed to untie the arrangement of speakers from my body, I leave them on the floor suggesting the completion of a life cycle and shedding the memories of a life identity attached to a body and leaving it behind as the soul does when we die.
